Remember, it's the people who suffer under the oligarchy and not the other way around. For instance, it is not the totality of the masses in Paris, UK or even the US for that are vicious, jingoistic sociopaths. Many are good people in heart who just want the best for their families and themselves. Who may dedicate their lives to protect what they hold dear in that regard. But you have a wickedness that has seeped into the oligarchy of these governments and have thwarted any ideal of goodness and benevolence for personal and clandestine gain.
