The movie "A Thousand Words" starting Eddie Murphy is very good in expressing the wholesome actions over mere words.  The wisdom I grew with was the phrase "words are wonderful, deeds are divine.  The premise is that your words are like leaves on a tree. One can cultivate that tree with good thoughts and kind words or destroy it with frivolous folly and disgusting vernacular.  The meaningful spirit of your words combined with your sincere actions will cause the tree to be nourished, blossom and produce a ripe fruit. The inner child who holds on to the resentments of old is sobering knowing this blocks the roots from receiving wisdom or water in order to grow.  So when I am cognizant in selecting a topic to get involved in, it's the meaning & connection that I strive to promote. Power up!

Many of us use our smartphones for anything & everything. From finding out the top for a restaurant bill to checking email and surfing the net. At the end of our day or within 4 hours, whatever comes first, we must set our portable processors down to recharge. Then many of us power down our devices so that our applications can run crisp and efficiently.  But what if we applied that to our consciousness & psyche.
