Applauding the Life of the Pullman Porter

I stopped to ponder about the life of a Pullman Porter. One of the few jobs a black man could get in the 20's and 30's. Months away from family, serving people who thought of you as filth, giving terrible living quarters and always had to smile. The resolve of these men to hold on to dignity, pride and even the audacity to become wiser from their experience makes what we do to each other now about "who makes more and got a better position" a bit childish. Though they didn't have the pay scale we have now, they did have a stronger sense of brotherhood and an affinity to bring it home to the family.

This remembrance put a spirit of ethic in me that choses to service with the goal of learning more than just giving away assistance. These interactions brought about many connections needed to fix problems and understand the value of the human experience. These men were selfless with their knowledge, their energy and their smiles. Some changed ideas of people who never knew such men were intelligent and capable and just needed a chance to express it. Inventions were made. Books were written. Songs were sung. All from the experience of being in touch with the special ways of the Pull man Porters of the day. Salute to you and your families because your spirit of professionalism and pride has helped us all one way or another. 

It's a Lifestyle

As we approach the New Year which means a time for new possibilites, my focus is what have I been doing this year that I haven't done the previous year. One thing that rings close is that I approached online marketing like a livelihood and not a lifestyle. There's a difference. 

As a livelihood, you expectations are different and you will most likely chase the opportunities that have the latest buzz or make the most sense for your style of living. I was almost whisked away by the lofty lure of quick "fresh" profits only to see the same flies around that honey get left with no longevity. Then it was on to another. I then had to self evaluate and see what am I doing with the companies I choose to promote and do they fit with what I like to see in the world. Another strong question I asked was "can a movement be built from these?" Movements are created seamlessly through lifestyle. One connects to build relationships off of forming the opportunities around their living conditions. As the movement is formed seamlessly, so comes the money. You shouldn't chase, it should just come. Flow. 

So when I present an offer from now, it will be to actually build the mentality of the online marketing lifestyle. Stay dedicated. Build relationships. Possibilities are Endless, So is Abundance

Peace and prosperity to you all. Thanks for noticing and checking this release out. And it is a release. A release of ideas, opportunity, insight and information. We are all looking for a fullness. With this fullness we seek to give the best parts of ourselves to the ones we love and the people we feel connects with us. Like groups of ants helping each other get over obstacles and assisting in bringing provisions for the entire colony, this makes the attempts we make that much more effortless and the tasks that much easier. In this notion, the perspective is to gain great positive relationships that can foster the infinite possibilities that are readily available to us, just waiting for our input. Skeptics will not see the abundance. They will see just the obstacles while the horizon of glory and success are right over their wall of doubt. Not to take away from their objective analysis if they have one but to keep reason with them that many of the conveniences we have today came from people whose ideas broke the atmosphere of skepticism. I am constantly reminding myself that abundance means the resources don't stop. There is always enough. There is always more. All you have to do is ask, believe and receive. The Power of Your Point

I was told once long ago about the wisdom of listening before speaking. It went "you have two ears and one mouth, so you should listen twice as much as you talk." This statement rings true. It is right as rain but hardly practiced. I'm starting to understand why that is. Look very close how I convey this. In my opinion, the ego desires to be heard over reason. Many people I have heard, encountered or interacted with recently have been the perpetrators of wanting "their versions" of reality to be right over fact and objective reasoning. A person will argue a point taken out of context to the ground, just for sake of "winning" the arguement. Yes, you succeeded. Succeeded at shop wing how uninformed you are. Thst's where the real problems lie I think. Some people just don't want to admit they are wrong. That's not negative or defeatist. It can actually liberate a person to a higher consciousness and understand so that they can attempt to listen more than they talk. I usually let people ramble on even though Im jumping at the bit with my perception on things but in reality, they don't want to hear my side. They just want someone to agree with them. Let a person talk more, they will tell you about themselves. To go further, they will inform you in so many subtle ways of they care about what you have to say or not, whether you are right or wrong. Ways of Learning

I was watching a lecture by a great schola, Dr. Booker T. Coleman of City College in NY. He was explaining how people learn different ways and how this effects the methodology of teaching at times. How one person may be more apt to learn visually and another through the auditory. How some may need to experiment to get it while others may need further examination through process of elimination and deductive reasoning. Very interesting, then he mentions some research done by a Harvard professor Howard Gardner and his perspective on the subject. He speaks about the types of learning before they take to their process. He came up with a concept of multiple intelligence and stated that people had different type of genius. He began to list them under the acronym M.I.S.K.I.L.L. 

M= music. The genius a person may have in this art. 

I= intrapersonal. A self reflective intelligence or genius. Usually be a person who may be introverted

S= spatial. Displayed by the artist, sculpturer, architect etc. 

K= kinestetic. Movement. The performer.. The athlete. The intelligence of motion that one feels they need to express so they move around a lot. 

I= interpersonal. The social personality. Learns in audience. In concert with many. Feeds off others. Needs to speak. 

L= logical. The intelligence of math and science. Technical learners concerned with facts, hypothesis and theory. 

L= linguistics. The genius of language, context and grammar. 

It was a very exciting and clarifying explanation that can be used to reach someone you may want to train or teach. This makes knowing the personality of the person you are dealing with extremely important. I think I learned by providing this post. May you spark the genius within you. Family Harvest Day. The rebirth

Ok. The true breakdown of today's festivities is a gift and a curse. What we call" Thanksgiving" through the scope of colonialism was actually honored centuries before 1491.(this year is significant) indigenous people all over had honored holy days of harvest around these times knowing agriculture, the pattern of weather and astrology. In order to honor their ancestors, they would feast and dance and tell stories in their name. Fast forward a bit to 1491, in Spain where the last stronghold of Moorish Empire were to be defeated. There were overthrown where then Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand were staking clear reign over the Moorish influences from Europe to the Americas. Here is where they gave a young upstart savage Cristobol Colon aka Christopher Columbus the ok to sail to the Americas can claim the land and its people as Spanish Property. That so called sailing to India making a mistake and sailing here calling them Indian is part true. This was done to confuse other navigators and hide the plan of colonialism and conquest from any pirates who were still ran sacking the 7 seas. When arriving Columbus and his savage band, ran into a "swarthy" people who "sable" skin glistened in the sun. (ref. The Columbus letters) The game bird of the Americas is the turkey. The capital of Morrocco is called Turkey. It went back to Spain along with some "servant guests" to solidify the start of the conquest. The court of Spain celebrated eating the Turkey in mockery of defeating the Moors. It wasn't until the first immigrants of the early 1600s (dig the time) where Europeans came with the affirmed idea to establish habitat in the name of protestan faith and to get from under the thumb of taxation. Use Mediation to Break Holiday Blues

It seemed like it's that time of year again. For some reason tis the season has been getting closer and closer to Halloween. (Maybe it's just me.) A large number of people are born around this time. I've seen on a very hilarious meme it stated that everyone is born around this time because 9 months before was Valentine's day. Very interesting and something to look at. Unfortunately there is another thing that happens around this time. A slight form of unhappiness even depression. Many scientists and philosphers credit the change of weather in the season (usually in the temperate zones) where the temperature drops and the energy dissipates. It is told that the Earth must rest. Hotter temperatures mean lots of movement with people, foliage, animals, everything in nature is moving. When it starts to get cold, the natural instincts of many creatures kick in. It says to the psyche of the animal, plant, man, that there is a period coming that may not bear fruit. You must "hustle" to maintain provisions for the period. When this happens, stress and worry starts to build and the survival methods of all living things start to enact. It's a short window for harvest, collection, gathering and you have to do as much as you can before it becomes scarce. This is in the inner behavior of the living organism. It is actually amazing. One thing to do to be great around this time (and I'm learning more and putting into practice) is to take deep breaths. This helps the lungs expand and prepare for tense moments as well as send more oxygen to places in the body needed for extra fuel in those fight and flight episodes. Next, is to quiet the mind. Your mind will race looking for the next big supply, meal, and usually the holidays are about gorging your stomach full of food in preparation of the season where resources are most depleted. Quieting the mind will empty wanton thought. It will bring one closer to the truest answer which is doing without in order to do within. Growing up in this fast society, this has been the hardest thing to practice and even master because we are taught we are successful because of what we have. As erroneous as it may be, it does have much validity because the mindset is rather have than not. Yet, quieting the mind will bring your focus like a laser, straight toward the success point of the goal in mind. Inside the Mind of Phil Jackson

Okay, I admit I doubted! But it wasn't like they didn't give me reason to doubt. Let me explain because this also pertains to how many of us marketers and online business owners go about this lifestyle and see others with the same doubt I'm speaking on. I'm currently a Brooklyn Nets fan (basically because I'm from Brooklyn) but I followed the Knicks from afar. I would watch the Knicks from the days of Bernard King when I was a child to the Patrick Ewing Era and the almost champ season with John Starks, Charles Oakley, Anthony Mason (rip) and others. I watched when Kenny "Sky" Walker won the slam dunk contest and Latrell Sprewell became a NY Knick sensation almost causing a feverish return to greatness. Been through the ups and downs of Allan Houston, Stephan Marbury and others. It is like those online businesses that start fresh then fall flat until another bright spark arrives. Through the mishandling of attracting players to the NY staple of basketball, the recruiting of players that somehow get hurt or become mysteriously ineffective upon their arrival ie Eddy Curry, these moments disgusted me as an afar fan. So when the idea of having a Brookyn team popped up, I jumped at the bit. Then there will be some needed comp for this mediocre representation of the great NY. (that became short lived as well) Along came Melo and Smith and a couple of upstarts and old vets like a returning Marcus Camby, a refined Rasheed Wallace and floor general Jason Kidd and the lights got bright again. That new online opportunity with promise and hope sure to net thousands if not hundreds of thousands just because of its delivery. The premise is good and the model seems sound but then the inconsistencies show their ugly head. We all now of a couple if not a few. So what because Melo though talented is no Michael Jordan, not even a Kobe Bryant. Those guys are like a company running on all cylinders over years. Driven and hungry ambitious individuals with a fire than only be quenched by greatness but never extinguished. As an marketer and reseller, these are the go getters you want on your team. This can mean the difference between $200 a wk to $2000 a day. That's who I would like to associate with. Full court pressers. Hungry for the ball. Driven to score and change the tide of the game. Phil's eye, a skilled, trained eye for greatness spots a lanky kid over looked in the draft. Undersized for the position and though tenacious in european ball still a question mark for the national stage in the states. I doubted...until now. Kristnaps Porzinghis (hope I spelled it right) is that fiery spark to relight the torch in the Garden of Madison Square. I doubted until I seen him run full court to swat a shooting guard's attempt from behind. I doubted until I seen him bang for a rebound and put back with a foul giving a triumphant scowl. I doubted until I seen him hit an almost buzzer beater 3 pointer that could've went either way. That talent with tenacity is all I'm working on and willing to work with. The passion for the business you are in should reflect that. It helps the team that he can pass, shoot, defend, and score even as baby faced rookie. What Do You Have To Lose?

I have a pet peeve about being late. I don't like rushing and I like to arrive early to assess the situation. That's just something I do. I think it came from a childhood experience where me being late to talk to a girl I liked who actually liked me, wound up getting some one else to play with. It could've been my high school year where I waited for about 5 minutes too long for my dad to pick me up so that I could go take a test for specialized high schools. It was the longest 5 minutes ever. I remember pacing, sweating, going over notes, low key cussing too. (hahaha) After the 5th minute, I jumped on the train and was gone. I was told he showed up after I left. I wasn't concerned with waiting at the time. My action got me there a little before time so I was able to have some breakfast, break the anxiety I built up and confront the questions I thought I would have trouble with. When I came back confident but a little peeved at the earlier part of the day he asked why I didn't wait just a bit longer. I told that I didn't want to miss my chance and the time was too close where I wouldn't be able to take it at all. He hugged me, smiled and said "That's right! Don't wait for no one. Not even me." That made me feel proud and special. Since then I make it my business to be where I have to go super early. Sometimes a half an hour to forty five minutes before I have to show. It allows me the time to relax, observe and seize the moment instead of flying in blind. I have applied this same behavior to work. Any business I'm in or want to deal with, I specifically assess the timing. Why is it important now? How long will it take to start gaining positive ground? These times I take my time and still get their early. It has become habit. Remember that a successful life is not a sprint but a marathon. This online thing that we do is a lifestyle. Many people want to be the biggest sellers, the money, the hottest thing smoking and that's cool. My focus is quality relationships that can brings all thoses things together and offer opportunities that can change peoples lives. Alright do the knowledge. The propaganda given is that red stand for hardiness and valour. I contend that the seven RED stripes represent the seven most important documents used to solidify European conquest in the Americas before the first president. The seven are The Iroquois Constitution (the date is said to be unknown but the closest mark is 1142 ad. Think on that), The Mayflower Compact (1620) The Stamp Act (1765), the Articles of Confederation (1775), the Declaration of Independence (1776), the Treaty of Paris (1783) and the United States Constitution (1789). There were a couple of more in that time but not significant to the magnitude of these seven. Also take into account, red is usually the color of choice when making a seal which is very important in jurisprudence. Now the six other stripes. Why six? Numerology though many do don't believe in it now due to the trivial nature it is presented plays a very powerful force in the making and running of governments and agendas. This with astronomy/astrology is always practice. DON'T THINK FOR A SECOND IT IS NOT. There were six European nations seeking to "race" at a claim to the new "throne" of the world. That is the glory worth fighting for. But it is just like a car, let's say a beautiful Bentley given to a spoiled, rich kid. One who is maleficent, vile, brutish and entitled. Loves greed and ill gotten gain. He gets this pristine, well engineered and crafted car and through wanton and sometimes blatant disrespect, trashed the interior with irregard. May even in a drunken stupor, knock this vehicle around like a toy. Well it's still a Bentley and that says a lot (as far as craftsmanship and design) but the driver is messy. No one not even his family would want to ride with him because of the disrespect for what he has. There's my breakdown. Might be a part 2 with more indepth goodies. I left this for someone's loss

First beloved brother, sorry for the loss of your beloved son/sun. The breath of your being. I couldn't imagine how you are feeling and what you are going through. I lost most of my older family to cancers, drugs and a murder. My parents are gone and the first hard loss, my mother's birthday comes up on the 8. I am always not sitting well with these losses but my philosophy has become the concept that they are away from the pain that afflicted them here. With great ancestors that they missed in their lifetimes and that we my all see ourselves whole again among the living essence of the cosmos. No, I'm not a believer of the religions but I do understand and apply the inner messages they try to convey. The force that bonds us together is complete when we are whole. So the passing is not loss but a gain. A gain in the wholeness of that which we all shall return. The recycling and natural power of life. 360 degrees of supreme mathematic that can be added to nor taken away. It is infinite. Just changed in state. Peace.

God Day break down and build up.

God day a clear look at TRUE & LIVING MATHEMATICS is. True being valid. Undisputed and revealed. Evidence that is tangible and can be studied, witnessed and adhered to. There is no adding to it or taking away from it. Living being that it is in motion. Animating the best parts of itself. Giving off vibrations as motion does which also is evidential. Lastly, mathematics, the manifesting force of the Supreme Being and Divine Essence. Spatial, projected, chemical, measures of solids, liquids and gases. Energy, wavelength and unseen unnamed forces resonating, building & destroying through the U-N-I verse. All divinely in sync and subtle from the weight of an eyelash to the amount of air pressure utilized for the lungs to perform. From the amounts of electrons in a carbon atom to the light year measurement to Andromeda. Relationships Over Selling

I feel great! I mean I'm really in a good place seeing the many opportunities available for people to join and change their lives. Of course it can be difficult, but then you see training. You see other marketers excelling and become inspired. Then the lead shows up. Uh oh..... What do you say? I mean this is your chance. Passing down.

Generational wealth is more than money. It can also be a passing down of livelihood. A whole family of cops. A family of lawyers. Of doctors. So when the case of reparations is brought up, these are the type of cases we need to discuss. You seem, Caucasian(white) supremacy puts strangleholds on doing business when it empowers without any of their associates OT themselves reaping the benefits. Some would chalk it up like "that's just business" but is it. Underworld ties of Italians, Irish, Jewish and other ethnicities would fight to corner their particular market. Becoming their own force to protect and service with their own preferences have been the makeup of their power in the industries. When melanoid (black) people do it, sabotage, thwarting tactics to discourage owners and even just the competition being heavily backed become restrains on this group reaching to empower themselves. This Monday past there was an excellent talk show speaking on the importance of economy in our society. Morality was an issue. Direction was an issue. The use of the paper currency was a huge issue. The power of the dollar is given by the power of the people and the faith the put into it to attain resources. But just that easy a person can flip it and define themselves by that currency under the illusion of success. Or the illusion of inclusion. The lines get blurred when a person of what "elite highbrow" stock says to a "lower class aka lower caste" person that has the audacity to rise out of their station and sit at the table. It's odd because the aristocracy we see now 500-700 didn't even bathe properly while those they subjugated had institution and industry. Technology and self sciences they chose to share. It was altruism but that is based usually on making up for a past transgression. Fast forward to now. Little to no remedy is given to those who built the throne that seat these families today. 97% of the population work for the exuberant, secretive remaining 3% in an uneven wealth scale that steams iniquity.  This is why many "poor" don't want to rise to those levels and in my observation, usually sabotage themselves to not have to deal with the pressures that comes with it. I posed a question to the group (Shouts to Ronin, Mike, JX and Sinister) are you mentally ready right at this moment to handle let's say $5 million dollars. Many said they were ready. Then talks of buying homes and investments etc were sparked but in this reality did it change the scale? Didn't even make a dent. Now who gives value to the money you are about to spend? How much can you REALLY keep and the kicker, do you think or even seek to be accepted in the circles of the super wealthy?  It is said many of the super wealthy don't buy cars. They'll bike or are driven. No expensive wardrobe. No $300 sneaker collections. The biggest goal for them is generational wealth. When your grandson's grandson is fed without having to work. This should be our task. Our agenda. And yes, it is done collectively and conspired upon. Not with malice but with strategy and execution. We must build and accept our own narrative of success. The currency is solidarity. Knowing our numbers, our living beings of light are what make the energy of this planet thrive and when hurt another it diminishes the power of the planet itself. A dollar though paper and goofy paper at that is not what we are really trading. We are trading trust. I will give you this if you can do such for me or offer me such and such product so I can do something. Trust. It comes with honor and respect. You don't have to love me but the respect should make you trust me to do the task or I'm am not honorable and then there should be a consequence, a price to pay. Health is wealth and the giving of information feeds the mind and heart. Remember,  you can't pass down a job to your children, so what are we working for. And for whom?
