Rakim Say

Today, the sophomore album of Eric B & Rakim came out in 1986 called Follow the Leader. If a person was growing under a rock or a cave in the mountains somewhere and didn't know of Rakim's prowess on the mic or Eric B's "presence" (yikes) they were definitely getting fine tuned this come around. I mention this album because as I started mceeing from the DMC "Sucka MC's" verse, (the spark for me) Rakim's second verse on the title track just carved new hieroglyphics in my spirit. He weaved like a prize boxer with lines unwasted and so intricate you had to envision the spot he put you in. He didn't just breakdown "Supreme Mathematics" he sent the mind on a rebirth of lyrical rhythm. This onslaught of style, charisma, wittiness, calm cadence with rapid delivery solidified his existence as the God MC. So when Follow the Leader plays, close your eyes and follow. That all? Peace and wellness.

I Know It's April Already... Uggh

Peace. Wellness. Oneness. Yes we have entered into the fourth month of 2019. It has not entered easy. I mean it's not all bad with the weather breaking and all but it's just going so fast. This is when you really look at what you have prepared for and whether you are on the right track with your goals. But here's the thing.... Man plans, God Laughs. Yeah I see the religious connotation it may have and this may drive the scientific and atheistic minds in a frenzy but this statement has a deeper meaning. All the things you may line up can be great in intention yet conditions, stumbling blocks and even a person's own state of affairs may conspire against them. You never know so the best course of action is to take maximum action as soon as you have the feeling or the thought. Here is the rub. Certain things you are attached to can persuade what you are about to do in the moment. You have other people and situations to consider. This is understandable but now the force of spontaneity and its power must be put on the back burner to simmer. Naturally, the doubt sets in and finally it doesn't become the priority. I have a new found respect for writing it down and chipping at it. I went running the other day knowing my legs felt like wet noodles out of hot water and it was painful. Still I had to move. Complete the run.... in pain. Same thing with my finances. Before I joined MyEcon (Growyourgoal.com) I did not know I had any chance of increasing my income except by running myself ragged doing whatever overtime is left if available at all. I was told a long time ago do not depend on having an overtime income. That can mean a catastrophe if it runs out. Also, the chance to build a great team and make bonus money is an option. Learning more about how to manage my finances is more invaluable than anything but at first it hurt. I was completely lost. It was painful. It's still painful attempting to speak to people and pull yourself and them out of these comfort zones of routine. Hey, this maximum action thing is real and you don't know if you have another chance like the moment you have. Take advantage wisely. Of course review all the information. Of course search yourself if you can handle what's ahead, but time is of the essence. The sand is slipping to the other side of the hourglass. What will you do? Be well.

Admission Corruption

This is very disturbing knowing that the cost of education has increased exponentially throughout the years. It is getting harder to stay in your field of study and now, people are paying their way to by pass the education and basically are their to train for the professional levels and prestige of school. Meanwhile, these athletes don't not receive a quality living wage for their performances though throwing their passions on courts, fields, rinks and gyms on a continuous, strenuous basis. This further puts a black eye on the collegiate admissions operation and may even have racial undertones when you apply wealth gap and economic red lining data to this dynamic. The Plate Split

The planet shift into a new form is happening. Be it geo-political lines or the actual topography itself, there are changing taking place that have interrupted the normal modern lifestyles. The following article is such a case, where the split has made traffic concerns and also societal concerns something to be addressed in the current offices. Yes. When the things can be manageable, everyone holds off and waits to the criticism moments. That's usually with everyone. Our awareness goes unattended and major repairs and hacks have to be pulled in. My attempt to address people in economic "good times" have usually been met with the "I'm good" crowd. Those who see little to no urgency in their personal situation and do not want to pass it forward to empower any one else. Now, put that philosophy with a government who may have been debriefed about what will happen in ten years and where they are now in terms of preparedness. Most likely, this will be passed to the next administration for review and or management all the while taking the money to do other non urgent projects This poses an ecological, societal, political and I would go so far to say religious threat. People will shift their religious ideology behind major events like this which could send panic or false confirmation throughout various cultures. You Wouldn't Alieve it!

This is very interesting because many people are exhibiting this behavior these recent years. I often ask "in the light of new information, will it change your position?" I may get the answer yes but the action doesn't follow up. My "alief" is working through this labyrinth of working more for others than I do for myself. It is a tough nut to crack but I have been applying more service to my goals which fuel my dreams. I have reassigned my job as a stepping stone to my purpose in life which is helping others, sometimes in the worst times of their lives. If I can offer a glimmer of hope, of enthusiasm toward a new day or even a solution to a problem then my alief has transformed into something I can get much from. Working for a Living Wage

The philosophy of a living wage is entering possibility mode slowly but surely. Well, as sure as the people are willing to advocate it because big business is not vocal on supporting the idea nor downplaying it. When people have no trouble covering the basic needs they can begin to explore more of their ideas, vision, plans, etc. The innovation and creative spirit can be revisited and impressed upon with access to expendable cash and resources. The quality of life can increase and even more tax accumulated now that many more people are participating freely in the market place. More businesses have the possibility of being born and surviving. In other words, boost the spirit of the people and the people will find new interest in the nation. Included is an article on how Finland is experimenting with the living wage concept and its advantages in the economy and average people's lives. Millennial Dilemma (say that 3x)

Greetings and peace. I hope these words reach your eyes in the most amazing of conditions and times. The year is really moving and the prospect for new opportunities and events are becoming more clear. The concern I have been curious about is what shape will society and the Earth be in when it changes hands to the millennials. Recently on social media was a challenge called how did aging treat you. Tens years from people's first profile pic on Facebook in 2009 till now. It seemed wonderful until I started to peel back some layers with this. Many who posted survived some challenging times, changed their lives totally, started new goals and achieved old ones. We lost some along the way. What popped in my head was, what will be left behind? Have we taught the lesson of perseverance through example? Who are our truth sayers for battles unfinished? What new grounds have been discovered for the young to build on? These are far reaching but it is also to put in perspective that the challenge is certainly not a victory lap. The state of affairs as of recently have been met which an immature government system, age old corporate greed that puts the bull with those who will have to care for the planet next. It has brought us new technology but for enjoyment and not so much enlightenment. Honor, dignity and just personal manners in the rules of engagement. These things people say must be addressed at home but even under the same roof, people have become distant. The current wealth gap, student loan crisis and Industry 4.0, the automation movement, climate change seem like some real rough spots ahead but it can be thwarted. We must start now by stopping now. Find more ways, unconventional ways included, of funding the empowerment of people willing to make progressive change. Reusable enegry. Reduce fuel emissions. Teach the youth to build businesses and ventures that support their dreams with brighter hope. Invest in family again. Have the big home not for style or as a token of status but to live in. Get others to live in without breaking the bank. See, when people don't have to live desperately to survive, many will cherish what they have and even start to apply that untapped potential to bettering their position and their neighbors. I won't be the one to call them out of their name like they just don't get it. It will cause too great a divide. I will invite the youth to explore what happened already and avoid the pitfalls we fell in that made it more challenging to keep wealth. There are many new ways of attaining wealth if you have the mindset and the passion for action. More than it has been than ever before. But what lurks with many of us is a cynical disposition that has many of us with unfulfilled promises. Visions. Untapped potential. Young one who sees this. Elder one who sees this. Where ever you may fit. STRIVE! Strive and expand your consciousness to experience more fields of energy to be discovered. New heights to climb and come from the path of consumerism, debt-work, fixed education that doesn't add on to your well ending and personal trajectory in favor for a will of courage and destiny making. Conflicted Bias

Many of us choose the safe bet. That's fine especially if you have a family or a business that you want to defend. You will take all the steps that are big enough to move a bit but small enough not to make waves. Here lies the rub. Nothing is safe. We are on a volatile planet that is changing. Our social climate is evolving and new perspectives have emerged to be more open to these changes. A person's bias can actually prevent them from earning the extra steps needed to solidify the future for one's family. We have new devices. Available are new strategies. Even the ones that have been around for ages but ignored are part of the new reality. The question is now, are you satisfied? The phrase guard against the life of comfort has been used for many of the empires in the past. Comfort which doesn't mean one has wealth, means that you rest on the decisions you made even though they may have or are bleeding you slowly. Sometimes quickly. Everyone is being privy to the lifestyle of having extra streams of income but loyalty to the one job, or one school of learning and all it has brought, keeps people engulfed with that single loyalty until it is not reciprocated. This happens often. When you read this following article, go slow. Take your time and carefully consider your own bias and habits.
